Who knows how long the country and the people would have survived if it had not been for the air support and cargo drops provided by Air America and other agencies/affiliates in Laos. Despite the efforts of all, the U.S. mission failed to prevent the spread of communism in the country........ and the Kingdom of Laos, as we once knew it, became another political statistic in the history pages.
